My story
Growing up, I was constantly drawn to colour, texture, and visual expression. From sketchbooks filled with doodles to hands-on experiments with mixed media, creativity became my way of understanding the world around me. In 2011, after completing my studies, I moved to Cape Town, where I took the bold step of enrolling in an art school. There, I discovered not only technical skills but also the importance of voice, intention, and emotional depth in artistic work.
Why Choose My Art?
Art has always been more than just a hobby for me — it's a deep, soulful part of who I am. My time in Cape Town laid the foundation for my identity as an artist — but it was Dubai that truly reshaped it.
When I relocated to Dubai in 2014, I was immersed in a cultural hub unlike any I had experienced before. The city's rich diversity and reverence for art — particularly Arabic calligraphy — sparked a new direction in my work.
I became captivated by the way calligraphy transcended language; how each stroke, curve, and dot held power, poetry, and presence. Determined to learn from the best, I studied under master calligraphy artists from across the Middle East, including Iran, Pakistan, Bahrain, the UAE, and Syria. Their guidance not only refined my technique but deepened my understanding of the sacred beauty within each letterform.
Cultural Authenticity
Every piece is rooted in genuine Arabic calligraphy — not just decorative script, but spiritually and culturally rich language, created with deep respect for its origins.
Unique Artistic Voice
My work is not mass-produced or generic. Each painting is a one-of-a-kind creation, with its own energy, story, and symbolism. You're not buying décor — you're investing in art that feels alive.
Personalized Service
From custom commissions to interior collaborations, I work closely with each client to understand their vision and deliver a piece that fits their story, not just my style.
