All artwork is subject to availability. As each piece is unique or limited in quantity, availability cannot be guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Custom commissions are subject to individual agreements and may require a longer lead time.
3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways.

Your order will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer local and international shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary based on location and whether the item is a custom piece. Estimated shipping timeframes will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.

Art by Saadiyah is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and custom nature of the products:

Custom commissions are non-refundable once work has begun, unless defective or damaged in transit.

Ready-to-buy artwork may be returned within 7 days of receipt only if it arrives damaged or defective.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

To request a return, contact us at sales@artbysaadiyah.co.za within 48 hours of receiving the item, including images of the issue.
6. Commissions & Collaboration

All custom commission terms (size, colours, wording, timeframe, and pricing) will be agreed upon prior to starting.

A 50% deposit may be required for custom pieces, with the balance payable before dispatch.

We provide digital previews or updates during the process where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property

All artworks and designs sold or displayed on this site remain the intellectual property of Art by Saadiyah.

Buyers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the artwork or its likeness without express permission.

Commissions do not grant copyright or reproduction rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not store payment details and never share personal information with unauthorised third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
Art by Saadiyah will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site, products purchased, or inability to access the site or services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
